Monopoly organization controlling all market prices in New Westminster by buying all available apartments for sale and then fixing market prices to $ 400 above retail worth. Must be a good racket for those owners, no laws and no government interference. This is called a monopoly and is illegal and against the Business Consumer Practises in BC. Wouldn't be surprised if it involved tons of foreign ownership. No WONDER the rents are WAY too high in New Westminster. This underlying corporation is putting residents on the street.
