I have used this company in the past so was confident to use again. Imagaine my surprise and disappointment when I arrived at 3:15 Monday - 9 days after I dropped off the suit jacket and pants to be cleaned and the sleeves re-hemmed. I was constantly told not till after 4. What? You've had the items for 9 days - we told them when we left them they had to be ready as the clothes were required for husband's work shift that night. the woman, holding a baby just kept saying not until after 4, pointing to a hand printed signed behind her. I explained the circstumances - you've had 9 days, you mean to say you waited until the last hour to perform the services? And to top it all off - we paid the entire bill before we left the garments. This is a very frustrating and uncalled for situation!
